Changed your mind? No worries. Register your return to receive your return label. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returning your order.

  • Naam - Uw volledige naam
  • Email - Uw e-mailadres
  • Ordernummer - Het referentienummer van uw bestelling
  • Reden van retour - Waarom wilt u dit product retourneren
  • Bericht - Aanvullende informatie over uw retour

Nadat u het formulier hebt ingediend, ontvangt u per e-mail een retourlabel en verdere instructies.

Return conditions

All orders placed through our online store can be returned free of charge within 30 days.

To receive a full refund, products must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is complete, in its original condition and undamaged.
  • The original labels, tags, cards and/or transparent protective materials are still attached.
  • The product is, where reasonably possible, in its original undamaged packaging.
  • The product has not been used.

Items that cannot be returned

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Sealed products where the seal has been broken and the specifications, characteristics and nature of the product were already clear from the packaging, such as batteries, ink cartridges, USB sticks, cables and lamps.
  • Products that cannot be returned for hygienic or medical reasons once the seal has been broken.
  • Gift cards and vouchers.
  • Customized or personalized products.

How we process your return

We will keep you informed once your return package reaches us. You will receive a notification when we receive the package, when we process your return and when you can expect your refund.

We will process your return promptly and within a maximum of 5 business days after receiving it.

How we handle your refund

Once we have received your return package, we will usually issue your refund within 5 business days.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been returned.

The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you used to place the order.

Legal right of withdrawal

In the Netherlands, you have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement, for example in writing by post, fax or email.

You may use the European model withdrawal form, but you are not required to do so.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs. This excludes any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.

We will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract. You have met the deadline if you return the goods before this 14-day period has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
